I’ll be in Myanmar in December of this year for three weeks and probably Mandalay for 4 or 5 days – this looks like an interesting place to visit. Thanks for all your posts – I’ve learned a lot. Come this October I’ll be spending four months in Thailand, Myanmar, and Cambodia. Danielle Reply Jonathan Look on May 23, 2014 at 7:15 am It was just a spur of the moment thing. We were going from the center of Mandalay to Ubine Bridge on the main road and there were dozens of factories similar to this one. I think you will be able to find many opportunities like this. If you go to a Ubine be sure and go near sunset. Light should be good in the factories then too. Reply Tim on May 23, 2014 at 10:21 am Wow. That is an amazing photograph Jonathan as I am sure you already know. Reply Becky Padmore on May 27, 2014 at 3:16 am Really atmospheric shot nice work!
